How to Get to Our Wedding

Our wedding is taking place at the Kenwood Inn and Spa in Sonoma California. Most of our guests are coming from outside California State and thus will follow the same travel guidelines. You can use this section of our site to help you plan your trip. Please look to find the section that best describes where you are coming from. From Inside the Continual United States

For anyone traveling outside of northern California, we recommend flying into San Fransisco international Airport and then traveling by car to Kenwood.

Flying from Abroad

For those of you flying in from other countries, you should use whatever airline you prefer, but we do recommend you do your best to arrive during the times we suggest below so we are able to assist with your transport to Sonoma. 

Best Options Once you Arrive in San Francisco

We know that most of you are traveling a great deal to share our special day with us, so we will do our very best to help everyone get to Sonoma safe and sound. To help us help you, please consider the following BEFORE arranging travel. 

Do you want your own Car?

If you plan to explore Sonoma or Napa, or would like some independence, you should rent your own car, or establish a buddy who you know is attending that may have the same interests as you. It is not easy to get around without a car and Taxi's are expensive. However, for the duration of the wedding weekend (Thursday Morning- Sunday Morning) there will be plenty to do and see and we will be providing transport for anyone who does not have a car.

I Don't Want to Drive

For those of you who don't want to drive, cannot drive or only staying for the festivities, (Thursday morning- Sunday Morning) we recommend following there steps:

Plan Your Arrival Times at San Fransisco During the Following Times: 

Wednesday July 20th:          Arrival Times: 12:00pm-3:00pm & 6:00pm-9:00pm 

Thursday July 21st:                Arrival Times: 3:00pm-5:00pm

Friday July 22nd:                    Arrival Times: 1:00pm-3:00pm

Email Us your Itinerary

Once you have booked your flights, email them to us along with the names of those in your party to BensonFitzgerald@gmail.com.

Travel Buddy System

Provided you arrive during the above mentioned times, we will match you with other guests to share transport.  We will provide you options based on the number of people arriving in the same time slot. Please be sure to check the Festivities Calendar to plan your arrival based on activities and events we have planned.  

Once You Arrive in Sonoma

Refer to the accommodation section of the Website to select where you wish to stay. Once you book, let us know where you are staying and we will make sure you get to and from the planned events. If you book with another Hotel, let us know, but assume that you will have to organize your own transport to and from each event.
